Frequently asked questions

Does registration guarantee a bank account?

No. The bank or payment institution makes its own decision. We prepare and coordinate the application.

Does a foreign company eliminate the owner’s taxes?

No. Tax residence, CFC rules, permanent establishment, management and control, salary and dividends may create obligations elsewhere.

Is the registered address included?

The agreed first-year package includes a registered address or registered agent where required. A physical office, staff or additional substance is quoted separately.

Can ownership be hidden?

No. Registries, banks, tax authorities and regulated providers require beneficial-owner and source-of-funds information.

How long does registration take?

Timing depends on KYC, registry processing, translations, tax numbers, licences and third-party reviews. We provide stage ranges, not guaranteed dates.

Can the incorporation process be handled remotely?

Many stages can often be coordinated remotely, but certified documents, local identification, a resident officer, a physical meeting or a bank interview may still be required depending on the jurisdiction and risk profile.

Is a local director, office or employee required?

Requirements depend on the entity, tax residence, licensing perimeter and actual management. We distinguish a registered address from real operational substance and show the cost of each requirement.

What is included in annual maintenance?

The written scope may include the registered office or agent, bookkeeping, annual return, financial statements, tax filings, VAT or payroll filings, beneficial-owner updates and a compliance calendar. Audit and regulated reporting are quoted separately when required.

What we verify before filing

Before any filing, the scope is confirmed against the current rules that apply to the company, its owners, its activity and target markets. For Marshall Islands, the final requirements are recorded in the written proposal.
