Website materials are general research and cannot account for a person’s citizenship, residence, management location, customers, controlled-foreign-company rules, permanent establishment, assets or contracts. They are not personalized legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice.
3. Tax and substance
Incorporation does not determine tax residence by itself and does not erase owner-country tax, CFC, management-and-control, permanent-establishment, VAT, payroll, withholding, substance or reporting obligations. Tax rates and incentives depend on facts, eligibility and effective dates.
4. Banking and payments
Bank, EMI, PSP and acquirer onboarding is independent and discretionary. Preparation support cannot guarantee an account, payment processing, limits, currencies or continued service. Providers may change risk appetite or request more evidence.
5. Licensing perimeter
A licence is limited by issuer, activity, product, customers and territory. One authorization does not create worldwide market access. Cross-border solicitation, outsourcing, custody, payments, gaming, cryptoassets and client-money flows can trigger additional rules.
